Over the past 2 1/2 years, having been involved with the Canada 150 in Welland celebrations, I saw first-hand what the people of Welland can do. I would like to continue that momentum, working with YOU to make Welland GREAT! Vote Debi Katsmar!

I look forward to working with the residents of Ward 2 and the citizens of Welland to achieve their goals, solve issues and help build the City of Welland to an even stronger and vibrant community. Welland is well on its way. Let's work harder to get it there faster!
